NOVEMBER 10TH - Homeschool Class: Water World (Ages 6+)

Class is in session at The Nature Place! Berks Nature's Homeschool Programs are specially designed to provide your students with hands-on learning experiences to better understand our natural world and the science of our ecosystems. Engage your child's curiosity through experimentation and inquisition, all while under the thoughtful guidance of our skilled environmental educators.

Grab your labcoats and beakers for November's class on watershed science! Students will step into the role of water quality scientists and test real water samples to discover what metrics like pH and conductivity can tell us about the health of a water body. We bring stream science inside to the lab during this fully indoor class. Students will work together to use real monitoring equipment, compare results, and interpret their findings. 

This class is best for students ages 7-13.
