In August, the Nature Explorers conclude their study of freshwater ecosystems by getting up close and personal with some of our favorite aquatic denizens: macroinvertebrates! Macroinvertebrates are considered bioindicators; by collecting and identifying the bugs and other critters living in the water, the Nature Explorers will be able to deepen their understanding of local stream health.

Returning camper? Your child can meet-up with their old camp friends! New to Eco-Camp? We’ll give you a preview of what to expect when summer Eco-Camp kicks off in June. Pack a lunch - we’ll provide the fun and adventure!
