Dive into an exciting week where science gets messy, adventurous, and hands-on. Teens will splash into local streams, run real water quality tests, and uncover the surprising ways pollution, including microplastics, affects the world around us.

With field gear in hand and lab tools at the ready, participants become environmental detectives who collect evidence, crack ecological mysteries, and team up to design solutions that make a real impact. Along the way, participants will also learn about metacognition, which helps them understand how they think, learn, and solve problems more effectively.

Cohosted by Berks Nature and Penn State Berks, this camp blends outdoor exploration with modern research to create a week filled with science, adventure, and teamwork. Get ready to explore, discover, and protect our waterways one splash at a time.
