For this quarterly reset we will embark on a scavenger hunt in nature with a goal of identifying things that make us feel grateful. The various habitats found within the 100-acre Angelica Park are the ideal setting for reflection and gratitude to improve our mental health. Following our stroll in nature, we will gather to share about our findings and inspire one another. Berks Nature's Quarterly Resets are designed for adults and are beneficial for your mind, body and spirit!
