Roll up your sleeves and step into Angelica Creek with our Educator to search for tiny underwater creatures! Together we will discover macroinvertebrates—small but mighty indicators of water quality. Learn how scientists, and Berks Nature, use these aquatic insects to study the health of our streams and find out what your local stream can tell us about the environment. You will learn how to identify these aquatic insects while grading the stream health. Become a citizen scientist for a day with Berks Nature! Please be prepared to walk in the creek for this family-friendly activity.
