Would you like to learn how to relax in nature while catching a few fish? Fly fishing is a technique that involves using a fly rod, reel, and line to cast an artificial fly or lure that resembles a small insect or bait fish. Join Berks Nature and Tulpehocken Creek Outfitters (TCO) for this introductory lecture about the art of fly fishing. Rather than focus on how to fish, this beginner's conversation will take a deeper dive into what fly fishing is and how it differs from other forms of fishing. There will be no actual fishing included in the program.
