Fireplace Fridays are the best way to unwind after a busy week and learn something new that's good for the soul and good for the planet. Gather round our hearth, kick back with a drink, and soak in the Friday vibes of a crackling fire shared with friends.
This month, relax in the warmth of our fire while discussing the winter warriors of Berks County, those resilient animals who spend their winter here with us. As the weather cools and days shorten, local wildlife change their behavior, diet, movement and energy use to survive. But this is no lecture; join us for an easy-going conversation meant to create calm, share ideas, and enjoy the season with simple, outdoor comfort.
This program is meant for adults (18+). Please bring your own chair and dress appropriately for a fully outdoor experience!
