Sometimes sustainability takes some creativity! In this interactive make-and-take program, bring your own plastic containter to transform into a planter. Any single use plastic container will do, from milk cartons to water gallons to single-use water bottle.! Together we'll prep, paint, and fill your plastic container with soil before sowing seeds into your brand new planter. Berks Nature will provide the potting soil and herb seeds, but feel free to bring your own seeds if you have something else in mind! This sustainable craft is the prefect way to embrace the coming of fall and enjoy the extended growing season of cultivating cold-weather plants.
